Research is integrated into portfolio construction, transaction and asset management decision making. In addition to our internal resources, we also utilise a wide range of external research consultants. Any research produced in-house is for the exclusive use of Lend Lease.
Our research function in the UK forms part of Lend Lease Retail. This is consistent with our current focus on retail properties in the region.
