 The Lend Lease Retail Partnership (LLRP) comprises a closed-ended, unlisted wholesale Limited Partnership holding retail properties in England. LLRP owns 25% of Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent and 100% of Touchwood Shopping Centre in Solihull.
Lend Lease provides development, asset and property management services to LLRP. The ability to leverage the specialist development, asset and property management teams from within Lend Lease is a major contributor to the high performance of the Fund.
The minimum investment in LLRP is £100,000.
