Lend Lease Core Plus Fund

 The Lend Lease Core Plus Fund (LLAuCPF) was launched in June 2006 as an open-ended, unlisted wholesale property fund.
The Fund complements our existing product platform and invests in both the traditional sectors of retail, commercial, and industrial and non-traditional sectors such as hotels, retirement villages and car parks.
The minimum investment in LLAuCPF is A$5 million.
As at 30 June 2008, the Fund comprises 12 properties with gross assets of approximately A$375.55 million.
