Australian Prime Property Funds (APPF) Core Funds

 APPF provides institutional investors with the opportunity to invest in professionally managed portfolios of predominantly core Australian property. APPF targets stable income and capital appreciation.
APPF comprises three sector-specific, open-ended, unlisted wholesale pooled property funds, which allow investors the flexibility to determine their own allocation across the retail, commercial and industrial property sectors within Australia. The minimum level of investment which can be invested in the combined Funds is A$5 million.
APPF sources properties from both the open market and through the Lend Lease pipeline.
APPF has combined gross assets of approximately A$5.0 billion as at 30 June 2008.
