 The Lend Lease managed Asian Retail Investment Fund (ARIF) was launched in December 2006 as a ‘develop and hold’, unlisted wholesale property fund.
ARIF offers investors the opportunity to participate with Lend Lease in the development, repositioning and long-term ownership of Asian retail/mixed-use properties sourced through Lend Lease's established network in the region. ARIF has already secured the sought-after Somerset retail development site on Orchard Road, Singapore's premier shopping destination.
The minimum investment in ARIF is S$20 million.
