Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Limited (LLREIL), an Australian registered public company, is the responsible entity of the Australian Prime Property Funds and Lend Lease Core Plus Fund (registered schemes) and trustee of Lend Lease Communities Fund 1 and Lend Lease Real Estate Partners 2 (unregistered funds). LLREIL will be the responsible entity or trustee of any new funds holding properties in Australia.

We employ a corporate governance framework that is designed to meet best practice and recognise that effective corporate governance is critical to success. The Board of LLREIL is accountable to investors for the performance of the Funds and is responsible for the overall management and governance of the Funds.

In accordance with this corporate governance framework, an Audit and Risk Management Committee has been established by the Board of LLREIL to report on the quality and reliability of financial information. A dedicated Risk Manager provides this Committee with information on all areas of business and operational risk.

A Compliance Officer and Compliance Committee (where appropriate) monitor the compliance by LLREIL of its obligations under its Australian Financial Service Licence and any compliance plans adopted for registered schemes.
