Lend Lease Investment Management Pte. Ltd., a Singapore registered company, acts as advisor to a series of Lend Lease managed wholesale Funds, namely Asia Pacific Investment Company 2 and the Asian Retail Investment Fund. The advisor reports on the management of each Fund to the respective Boards of Directors. The advisor maintains internal control and audit procedures to review compliance with the operating guidelines set up for each Fund. The advisor submits periodic reports to the Boards of Directors of each Fund updating them on the performance of the Fund, its properties and compliance with financial covenants and governance requirements. An external audit of financials is performed for each Fund every six months.
