 Lend Lease has 50 years of experience in property investment management, having launched Australia’s first unlisted property trust in 1959 and one of the nation’s leading unlisted wholesale property funds, Australian Prime Property Fund (APPF) in 1989.
Today, our global investment management platform spans Asia, Australia and the UK. Our investment professionals manage approximately A$10.1 billion in property assets via Funds and Joint Venture agreements.

We invest on behalf of international and domestic insurance companies, investment managers, sovereign funds and pension funds, and offer our investment partners access to high quality property assets across the risk/return spectrum.
Our strong investment management capability is complemented by the world class product creation capability of the broader Lend Lease Group, allowing us to deliver a range of global real estate products and solutions tailored to the needs of institutional investors.
We use in-house retail development and property management, research, capital transactions, project management and construction skills, which give us a complete competitive advantage in creating, managing and accessing product.
